MODULAR DESIGN:

• All major components are manufactured separately, painted, and then assembled.

• Component capacity upgrades and interchangeability of major components are easily accomplished.

CEMENT DELIVERY SYSTEM:

• Accuracy and consistency of our cement delivery system.
• Our system is so accurate that it has passed the CALTRAN C 109 specification (cement content cannot vary more than a plus or minus ½% in four repeated tests).
• All cement contents can be completely emptied from the cement bin, (full load utilization) as may be required.
• All International mixers are capable of performing at DOT specifications
• A hydraulic motor drives our cement delivery system (standard feature) gives our mixer infinite flexibility in design mixes and overall lower maintenance costs.

ADVANCED MIXING AUGER:

• Our solid flighting and shear design enables our machine to produce and deliver concrete at a high angle.
• An International mixer can produce concrete at a full rate of delivery when our mixing auger is at a 45-degree angle (six foot end height), and we can do this at up to an 8" slump! This is extremely important if the unit is required to feed a pumper.
